All prices are INC Tax.
Our rate on all non-Service Level Contract work is $99.00 per hour.
Accounts terms are 7 days from EOM NOT 30 DAYS. Accounts are due for payment at the end of each calendar month. Payment in full should be received by the 7th day of the month or seven days from statement date.
Technician’s time is charged for all telephone and remote work unless included in a monthly service agreement.
Turnaround time for all workshop jobs is a minimum of 3-5 days. TDRS will endeavour to attend onsite to clients as soon as possible depending on bookings already in place for each day and our priority system applies to all other jobs.
After Hours support attracts an additional cost to the published base rates including site call out fee. After hours fees are $198 per hour and call out charges if applicable is $65 per call out. Terms outside normal business hours Standard Clients 8.30 Am– 5.30 Pm, Service Level Clients 8am – 6pm.
Server purchases require payment in full prior to installation / delivery.
All hardware and software purchases are due for payment on authorisation of the official quote and should be paid on invoice. Software and Hardware will NOT be ordered until invoice is paid in full.
Discounts are offered at our discretion. We reserve the right not to offer a discount to a customer or to a particular invoice. Discounts have no cash value and cannot be transferred to another invoice or held in credit.
Warranty provided is MANUFACTURERS WARRANTY ONLY and is subject to their Terms and conditions. TDRS provides no additional warranty. You may receive additional charges from us even when an item is covered by Manufacturer’s warranty, as not all costs are covered. Trading Terms and conditions are subject to change without prior notice.
As part of our ongoing support and service to clients we may at times need to access your computer remotely to resolve or investigate issues. The program that we use to remotely access computers is called TEAMVIEWER. Once this program is installed on your computer we will only use it if requested by client to resolve any issues or install programs. Client confidentiality and data privacy is crucial to TDRS and will therefore operate in accordance to Federal Privacy Act 1988.
Due to many accounts being above and beyond normal trading terms and conditions TDRS will strictly enforce its Terms and Conditions to all clients as off the 1 July 2012. Any accounts that go beyond 60-90 days of credit will have a credit stop applied until the accounts are paid to date.
*In accordance with the trade practices act and the fair trading act of South Australia these together with our official terms and conditions of trade constitute our complete terms of trade. **By requesting service from TDRS the customer signifies that he she or it accepts the terms and conditions of trade and agrees to be bound by them.
